1. Fill out the online entry form on this page. All indicated fields MUST be completed, or else your entry will be invalid.
2. Tell us, in 25 words or less, what would you do in Spain and why? The best answer will win.
3. Competition opens on July 14, 2017.
4. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on September 3, 2017. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges.
5. The winner will be selected on Monday September 4, 2017.
6. The Promoter is not liable for any entries which are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged.
7. This competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
8. The winner will be the person who provides the most original and inventive answer to the question, as determined by the Judges on September 4, 2017 in their absolute discretion.
9. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
10. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. The prize is 2 places for 2 people (winner & their travelling companion) on any guaranteed Peregrine 13-day Essence of Spain tour (PEES), for a departure between 1 April 2018 and 31 October 2018, including return economy airfares and applicable taxes from the winner’s nearest capital city (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth) to Spain. The airline will be chosen by Peregrine Adventures. Any changes to the flights will incur additional charges, for example but not limited to: if the winner wishes to fly with an alternative carrier, include a stopover or upgrade to business class. The winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same flights & the same tour departure. There must be a minimum of four passengers already booked on the tour before your booking can be confirmed. Excludes Private Groups and Independent Journey options. The winner must contact Peregrine Adventures at least 56 days prior to the desired trip departure date to secure their spot. Trip is provided on a twin share basis and all tours are subject to availability. Winner/travellers must be over 18 years of age. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the Qantas Points offer. Additional expenses, including transfers to and from the airport in Australia, visas, compulsory travel insurance, meals not listed in the itinerary, any optional tours and activities during free time and all other ancillary travelling expenses are not included in the prize and are at the winner’s expense. Winner must hold a valid passport and must obtain the necessary visas and travel insurance prior to travel, both of which are at the winner’s expense. If the prize is not used, no compensation will be offered. Itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice. The prize value stated is based on low season tour departures and the estimated airfares as of 11 July 2017 – no compensation will be offered if the pricing has changed by time of booking. 13. The total prize value is up to $17,740.
14. The winner will be notified by email.
15. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and age at the nominated address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
